Understand the process before automating it.
Every engagement follows the same discipline: understand the work, design the workflow, build it, prove it handles real conditions, then improve it with use.
See how a workflow becomes a working system.
One representative workflow, account research, from input to reviewed output. Select a step to see what happens and which part of the brief it produces.
A company is identified
A new inbound lead, a target account, or a name added to a list starts the workflow. Only the company domain is needed.
Relevant public information is collected
The workflow reads the company's public pages, job posts and news from permitted sources. Each fact keeps its source link and capture date.
AI organizes it into a structured brief
An AI step fills a fixed template: what the company does, size signals, recent triggers, and fit against your ICP. It may only use the collected facts, not invent new ones.
Validation flags missing or uncertain information
Rules check every field: missing values, conflicting sources, claims without a source. Anything uncertain is marked for a person, not hidden.
The brief is delivered where your team works
To your CRM, a shared sheet, Slack or email, with every source attached so anyone can check it.
A person reviews before anything important happens
Before an email is sent or a record is changed, the owner approves the brief and the suggested next action. The workflow prepares; people decide.

The five stages
01 · Discover
We map the current process: who does what, which tools are involved, where time goes, and where things break. Output: a short process map and problem statement.
02 · Design
We design the target workflow, decision rules and exceptions, and decide where AI genuinely helps and where simple rules are better. Output: a workflow design you approve before we build.
03 · Build
We implement the integrations, automation logic, data handling and any simple interfaces, in your accounts wherever possible.
04 · Validate
We test realistic scenarios: missing data, wrong outputs, duplicates, failures and approval points. Output: a test log and a list of known limits.
05 · Improve
We document the system, agree a few useful measures, and refine it based on how your team actually uses it.
Not every project needs every stage at full depth. A research report, for example, is mostly Discover and Design.

FAQ
Do we need technical people on our side?
No. We build systems a non-technical team can operate, with a written runbook.
Whose accounts do the systems run in?
Yours, wherever possible. You keep ownership and can remove our access at any time.
Will automations act without us?
Only where you decide they should. By default, anything customer-facing or consequential waits for human approval.
What if automation isn't the right answer?
We'll say so. Sometimes a simpler process or a better spreadsheet solves the problem.
Start with the process, not the tool.
