Pillar 01 · GTM Intelligence

Turn scattered market information into decisions you can defend.

We research your market, competitors, website and channels, including how AI assistants describe you, and turn it into a sourced plan with clear priorities.

The problem

Most small teams make GTM decisions on partial information.

Competitor research happens once and goes stale. Positioning is set by instinct. And few teams know what ChatGPT or Perplexity tell buyers who ask about their category.

The result is generic messaging, channels chosen by habit, and competitor moves noticed months late.

Who this is for

  • B2B SaaS teams of roughly 5–50 people
  • Facing a launch, repositioning, new segment or slower growth
  • Without a dedicated research or product marketing function

Not a fit

  • Enterprise RFP processes
  • Heavily regulated industries (healthcare, legal, finance)

Our method

Research first. Then strategy.

Every report follows the same research-first method: 5 pillars and 12 stages, with an explicit GO / MODIFY / KILL decision before anything is built on top of it.

Our GTM approach: philosophy chain, five pillars, twelve stages with key questions and outputs, the validation gate and ten principles.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the report written by AI?

AI speeds up the research, but every factual claim must link to a source we checked, and a person writes the recommendations.

Why is the founding price so low?

We're working with our first 10 clients at a reduced price in exchange for honest feedback and, if you're happy, a testimonial. The price goes up after that.

Do I need to share internal data?

No. Analytics, CRM exports or call notes make it sharper, but public research and the call are enough.
