Short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
Who we are
This website is operated by The Growth Ops Company ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@thegrowthopscompany.com.
What we collect
- Forms. When you use the contact or GTM Strategy Snapshot form we collect what you enter: usually your name, work email, company, company website and your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. We use a one-way hash of your IP address to limit form spam.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to deliver what you asked for, such as a call or a snapshot
- To research your company using public sources, when you ask for a snapshot or report
- To keep reasonable business records and protect the site from spam and abuse
We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. Our legal basis (where it applies) is to respond to your request and our legitimate interest in running the business safely.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and videos are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your data to a third party. If we add analytics or a booking tool later, we will update this page first and, where required, ask for your consent.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use your details for anything unrelated to your request.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site and our work. They process data only on our behalf:
- Website hosting and email delivery (Hostinger)
- Our own business email and document tools, used to read and answer your message
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, normally no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@thegrowthopscompany.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or some US states), you may have additional legal rights, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form data is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, and stored submissions are kept in a folder that is not accessible from the web. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or sensitive personal data through the forms.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed at children.
