Conversation Content Engine
Your sales calls, demos and discovery calls already contain your best marketing. This engine runs on your own machine, inside your AI plan, and turns those conversations into posts, articles, sales assets and emails. Every line traces back to what a customer actually said.
Status: built as a set of Claude Code skills; a pilot on real transcripts is next. No client conversations have been used.
How it works
- Ingest: transcripts, or recordings transcribed locally, become clean, timestamped conversation records.
- Insight Bank: pains, objections, customer language, proof, competitors and best practices, each quote-backed.
- One approval: the engine proposes an asset plan; you approve it once.
- Generate: five specialised skills write the assets in your brand voice, using your customers' words.
- QA: quotes checked against transcripts, anonymisation and consent verified, claims sourced, voice checked.
What comes out
| Family | Assets |
|---|---|
| Social | LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook posts, carousels, video scripts, content calendar |
| Long-form | Blogs, articles, website copy, white papers with cited research |
| Proof | Consent-gated testimonials, voice-of-customer report, language bank |
| Sales enablement | Battle cards, objection guide, discovery and demo best practices, sales email templates |
| Marketing copy | Nurture emails, landing pages, Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads |
Rules it follows
- Never fabricates: no invented quotes, stats or case studies; gaps are marked "need proof"
- Consent first: client words stay internal and anonymised until consent is logged
- Local and confidential: transcripts never go into web searches
- Learns: feedback on what performed updates the voice guide
Limits
- Recordings need transcribing first; speaker roles are confirmed by you
- Images and videos come as written design briefs and scripts, not finished media
- Consent guidance is practical, not legal advice
